Prevention and Response to Suicide Bombing Incidents - Official Application

  1. To apply for the PRSBI course, print a blank copy (287Kb, 7 pg., PDF) to be filled out by hand.
  2. Submit your application to your supervisor for an approval signature.
  3. Fax the signed application to your State Point of Contact. (You must receive approval from your State Point of Contact before you will be admitted to the course - no exceptions.)
  4. When your application is approved, the State Point of Contact will fax the approved application to EMRTC.
  5. EMRTC will fax you acceptance information and course details.
